i heart ny.

Statute of LibertyI can hardly believe that tomorrow marks my first year anniversary of moving to New York City!  It seems like yesterday that I packed up my life (and about 10 pounds of jewelry) into two giant suitcases and temporarily settled into a sublet apartment that I found off Craigslist.  I moved here with no job and only two people that I could really call friends.  Some called it brave — in retrospect, I call it crazy!

I’m so thankful for the wonderful, generous, and patient people who have supported me through this crazy ride.  Hold on, because there are many more adventures to come!

  1. Great pictures!! I live in NY (about 30 minutes away from the city) and it’s such an amazing place! I’m never bored when I go because there’s so much to do and see!

  2. Yay for one year in NYC! The pictures are gorgeous Jen and I’m happy we got to meet! 🙂

  3. Great pictures! I lived in NYC for three years until I moved back to California recently. The hardest three years of my life but also the most amount of opportunities and mental growth during then than all my life put together before that haha.

  4. Can’t wait to visit you!

  5. Beautiful pictures – I once read somewhere that everyone should live in New York at some point in their lives. Seems like it must be true! 😉
